Vania is a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they heal, grow, and reconnect with their innate resilience.
She understands the profound impact trauma—including PTSD—can have on a person’s life and offers a safe, calm, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and begin their journey toward restoration and wholeness.
Vania is accredited by the Christian Counsellors Association of Australia (CCAA) and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Her therapeutic approach is holistic, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and somatic practices to support mind–body integration and meaningful long-term change.
Her areas of focus include:
Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Relationship challenges, Self-Esteem concerns, and Healthy Boundaries.
In addition to counselling, Vania is a certified Neurofeedback Practitioner, offering a separate and specialised service that uses advanced neuroscientific techniques to support emotional regulation, stability, and cognitive functioning.

Both in-person and online Zoom sessions run for 50 minutes. This applies to initial and follow-up appointments. Please ensure you arrive on time.

For your first appointment, choose the Initial Session option. Click “Book a Session” and add your information.
Fill out the form completely. If this is your first session, please also confirm that you’ve read and agreed to the “What You Need to Know” document.
After submitting the form, you’ll receive a phone call to briefly discuss your needs.

Yes. You can book either an individual or couples session. When booking, please select the session type that indicates “Couples” if you are scheduling a couples appointment.

Session Fees
• Individual counselling: $150 per 50-minute session
• Couples counselling: $200 per 50-minute session
Session extensions may be available upon request, with fees adjusted accordingly.Payment is due on the day of your appointment.
