Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a safe, non-invasive form of brain training that supports the brain’s natural capacity for self-regulation and emotional balance. It works by providing real-time feedback on the brain’s activity, helping the nervous system become more flexible, stable, and resilient over time.
Many people seek Neurofeedback support when they are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, anxious, mentally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that feel difficult to shift. It can be beneficial for individuals experiencing symptoms associated with trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, poor sleep, and difficulties with focus and concentration.
As a Neurofeedback Practitioner and registered counsellor, I offer Neurofeedback as a supportive modality alongside trauma-informed counselling where appropriate. Sessions are gentle, relaxing, and designed to support the nervous system without requiring clients to revisit or retell painful experiences in detail.
I offer Neurofeedback support for adults and young people in Melbourne, Hoppers Crossing and Geelong.
